金包銀,由地瓜粉芶芡裹住干貝、芹菜、火腿等物,和油蒸成糕狀,由於地瓜粉在外,故名金包銀,除了在家裡,還沒在別的地方吃過的菜,在陳家也是一年就吃一次。
